HR Lessons Learned from Litigation

Hugh S. Spackman

Attorney, Clinkenbeard, Ramsey, Spackman & Clark Law Firm

Despite our best efforts, employment problems sometimes end up in litigation. Please join us for an interactive discussion involving a few real life cases that have ended up in litigation, with an emphasis on lessons we may be able to learn from these cases.

About our Speaker:

He has been in practice for over 27 years and is a member of The American Board of Trial Attorneys.
