Rachel Shaw is the president of Shaw HR Consulting, a U.S.-based consulting firm that supports employers to manage their most challenging disability-related employment matters. In addition to providing trusted consulting services, Rachel is nationally known for her keynote and training sessions where she delivers trainings that are informative, dynamic and solutions-focused.
Rachel is a graduate of Brown University and later earned her MBA from Colorado State University.
She is also the author of the industry best seller, The Disabled Workforce: What the ADA Never Anticipated.
