Prior to joining the County of Ventura, Gina Rae coached and trained more than 1,900 leaders to prepare them for promotions, building bench strength among leadership for high levels of performance, accountability and productivity. Her corporate clients included a wide range of industries from health care to hi-tech to public sector.
For eighteen years, Gina Rae negotiated over 2,000 employment mediations for the State of CA and on a federal level for the United States Postal Service. Ms. Hendrickson is a graduate of the Harvard Program on Negotiation and is certified in Crucial Accountability, a methodology for holding people accountable while building strong relationships.
