"Leading through a Pandemic: COVID-19's Lesson for HR in the NEW Government Workplace"
As organizations in the Tri-County area embrace the new normal, questions arise. What has the pandemic taught us about our post-COVID workplace? While many workers return to the office, what will be driving their productivity, well-being, and engagement in this transformed environment? Guest speaker Robert Lavigna is a subject matter expert in Human Resources and specializes in employee engagement in the public sector. Mr. Lavigna is also a past national president of IPMA-HR and should make for a most timely presentation!

Bob’s book, Engaging Government Employees: Motivate and Inspire Your People to Achieve Superior Performance (American Management Association), is the first book to focus exclusively on employee engagement in the public sector.
